D -- FULL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE CRAY Y-MP-EL COMPUTER LOCATED AT MSFC SOL ATD-124-JKM-95/0373 POC Contact J.K. MacLean CSC intends to enter into a sole source subcontract with HFS, Inc. for the full maintenance support, including hardware, software,on-site sustaining engineering and per call maintenance, of the Honeywell Tandum DPS 8/70 System at the Marshall Space Flight Center. The system includes the Simulation System and associated peripherals which must be maintained in operational condition in support of the NASA/MSFC operations. The Subcontract/Agreement will consist of a continuation of the services presently in place beginning June 1, 1995 through May 31, 1996, plus an option for an additional 12 months. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications / capabilities (i. e. technical specifications, brochures, and price lists) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications / capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether of not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered not acceptable in response to this synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this synopsis.
