System must be able to minimally provide veteran prescription inquire and refill application, pharmacy education, appointment inquiries and reminders as well as other features. All reponsible sources shall respond by submitting a written narrative describing system capabilities, including detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirement, within 15 days of this notice to the above address. It is required that pricing data and GSA schedule information, if applicable, be included as part of the response, including terms and conditions and a copy of the current GSA schedule contract. Telephonic responses shall not be accepted. All responses from responsible sources with like product will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intact, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued.
