consists of reclamation of approximately 4 acres of the Francisco mine
gob and the demolition of a 165 foot high smokestack located
approximately one mile southwest of Francisco in Gibson county Indiana.
The project includes clearing and grubbing of designated areas by
removal and disposal of trees, snags, stumps, logs, shrubs and rubbish;
furnishing all supplies, equipment and personnel for the demolition and
disposal of the smokestack, powerhouse building, and the fence as
marked; excavation of a trench for the burial of the smokestack and
rubble from the powerhouse; construction of diversions and waterways;
placement of rock riprap for rock chutes; installation of farm field
fences; and seeding and mulching of affected areas. Material to be
provided by the contractor includes, aggregate for drain fill and
filters, rock for riprap, farm fencing materials, and materials
