Preventative maintenance on a quarterly basis and remedioal on an as needed basis. Maintenance will be charged on a monthly basis and on a per copy basis as a meter charge. The days and time of service are Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal holidays from 0800 to 1700. Response time is within nine working hours of notification by the government for remedial maintenance. Period of Performance: 1 July 1995 thru 30 June 1996.
