Services shall begin 1 July 1995 and continue through 30 June 1996 with four (4) one (1) year options to extend the term of the contract. All requests must be in writing and must be accompanied by a company check, money order or cashiers check made payable to the Treasurer of the United States. No cash will be accepted.
