The contractor will provide pre-employment medical examinations for Border Patrol applicants located in approximately 178 cities throughout the United States. The period of performance shall be for one base year with four option periods. The contractor shall have a medical doctor(s) and facilities available within a 60 (sixty) mile radius of each of the 178 cities to perform complete physical exams on an as requested basis and submit the results to designated INS locations.
