The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to construct Recycling Center, including but not limited to, a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete foundation, with exterior walls of corrugated metal walls on steel stud wall, windows, doors/hardware, interior finishes, standing seam metal roofing system, and other work as may be necessary to make the facility operational, including but not limited to, site clearing, site preparation, utilities, plumbing, HVAC, electrical. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the Contract Documents. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each solicitation package. Make checks, money orders or bank drafts payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written request will be accepted. The request and check, money order or bank draft must bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000. and $500,000.00. (0073)
