The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to construct a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete foundation, including but not limited to, exterior corrugated metal walls, exterior doors, HVAC, electrical, and site work. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the Contract Documents. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each solicitation package. Make checks, money orders or bank drafts payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check, money order or bank draft must bear the solicitation number.
