The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to procure for an approximately 36' x 40' prefabricated metal building for the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge located in Cold Bay, Alaska. The subject structure shall have a single sloped roof, concrete foundation and interior slab, insulated envelope, radiant floor heat, power and lights. Building openings shall have 2 each 12' x 14' insulated overhead doors, 3 each insulated personnel doors and 2 each insulated operable windows. Estimated Cost Range: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
