The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas is soliciting for construction related services. The successful offeror shall be responsible for constructing and installing Stair Towers on Buildings #2 and #3 located within the secure perimeter of the Federal Medical Center, Ft. Worth, Texas. Also, the construction, re-construction, and installation of exit stairs will be required on Building #1, #2, and #3. These buildings are currently being utilized as housing units and administrative offices and will remain occupied during the entire phase of construction. The successful offeror will be responsible for the repair, patching, and painting of all existing surfaces. The magnitude of this project will be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The successful offeror will be required to furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete this project. A pre-bid meeting will be scheduled for approximately April 28, 1995.
