The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a modification to contract N00019-91-C-0231 with Engineering and Economics Research (EER) Systems Corp, 1593 Spring Hill Road., Vienna, VA for procurement and installation of 26 Helicopter Night Vision System (HNVS) kits into the CH-53E Helicopter.
