FFMEW0420-005, manufactured by Camax Manufacturing Technology, Reading, PA. Quantity of five each. In addition to providing the software, the contractor shall perform the following: (1) install the five software packages on five Government owned Pentium based computers located at the Naval Aviation Depot Jacksonville, FL, which are networked to a Digital Equipment Corp. ALPHA 7000 computer utilizing pathworks networking software. The software shall operate locally utilizing the ALPHA 7000 as the central file server; (2) demonstrate the software is correctly loaded by generating complete numerical control (NC) code for a K&T 600 5-Axis NC machine utilizing a test program of the contractor's choice; (3) provide a minimum of two days training on the configuration of the software, code generators, and libraries; (4) provide a complete code generator for the K&T 600 machining center and demonstrate it is capable of generating correct code from 2, 3, 4, and 5 axis programs; and (5) provide a minimum of 90 days telephone support for software problems in addition to the standard commercial software warranty provided with the SmartCAM software. Delivery/setup/startup shall be completed within 30 days after date of contract. Numbered Note 22 applies to this proposed sole source contract action. (0074)
