Poling, Contract Specialist, (202) 366-9552 The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to negotiate a contract with WordPerfect Corporation for the software maintenance of WordPerfect, WordPerfect Office, and the WordPerfect Office DOS Administration Servers. The contract will take advantage of the Customer Advantage Program (CAP) agreement offered by WordPerfect Corporation through certain approved resellers. This will be a one year contract with three one-year options. Other interested parties believing they are capable of providing this service must respond to this notice in writing within fifteen (15) days after its appearance in the CBD. This is not a request for proposal nor is an RFP available. If no affirmative offers are received within the time specified, herein, negotiation on a sole source basis will commence with WordPerfect Corporation. (0074)
