FOCUS Report Writer, FOCUS DBMS Transaction Processor, DB Simultaneous Usage/DBMS Server, Host Language Interface, TALK Technologies, Graphic Option, Tell-A-Graph Interface, STATISTICS Option, PC DATA Export Interface, ADABAS Read Interface, SYSTEM 2000 Interface, DATA Dictionary, currently maintained by Information Builders, Inc., 1700 North Moore Street, Suite 1100, Arlington, Virginia under GSA schedule #GS00K94AGS5640-PS01. The software is estimated to be installed on April 8, 1995 on the National Computer Center's IBM 9X2 CPU located in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. The upgrade and maintenance services for the software products listed will include usage rights, and synchronization with changes in the associated hardware and operating system software. EPA believes that Information Builder is the only vendor capable of satisfying the software upgrade and maintenance requirements, in that these products are core application development products used by the Nationwide ADP user community for the development of critical financial data capturing and reporting applications. Replacement of these products would result in extensive application re-development and incompatibility with the overall system software configuration. No solicitation is available. All interested parties must respond within 15 calendar days of the date of this announcement. Interested vendors shall include information on the proposed services which clearly supports the requirements above, including being able to meet the April 8, 1995 installation date and provide itemized pricing.
