DNA001-95-R-0030 POC Gerald Huthoefer, Negotiator, (703) 325-1190,
Edward L. Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028. The Defense
Nuclear Agency (DNA) has a requirement for a support contract which
will provide Nuclear Management Information System Migration (NUMIS-M)
Design, Programming, Documentation, Testing, Implementation,
Maintenance and User support. The contract will support DNA through the
NUMIS-M design, development, Initial Operational Capability (IOC), Full
Operational Capability (FOC) implementation and maintenance phases. The
contractor shall interface the current Special Weapons Information
Management (SWIM) System DNA, at the unit level, with the central data
base maintained at Field Command DNA (FCDNA), and ensure the two
separate software modules work together seamlessly. This project will
require that the Nuclear Weapons Accounting System (NUCWA) interface is
developed which ensures that the NUMIS-M summary database matches NUCWA
values, as well as ensuring the serial NUMIS-M totals balance to the
summary counts. Contractor will be required to migrate the WSR, SIR,
SEV processing and all other identified portions of the NUMIS
functionality from the current environment using the results of the
JAD/RAD identified user requirements, Functional Description and
current design documents while providing the final design of a system
that meets these requirements in the hardware/software environment
provided, including programming to meet the system design. Software
must be tested and the contractor must provide implementation user and
configuration management support. Contractor personnel will require a
DoD security clearance of TOP SECRET. All responsible sources may
submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. All requests
for the RFP must be in writing. Faxed requests are acceptable and shall
be faxed to the attention of Gerald Huthoefer at (703) 325-9291. If the
request faxed no hard copy is required. Information on DNA
solicitations, already released, can be obtained by calling the DNA
Hotline at (703) 325-1173. Reference Synopsis No. 95-38 (0074) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0047 19950316\D-0005.SOL)
