The USDA Forest Service intends to solicit proposals for furnishing all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, and incidentals to provide mobile commissary services for the sale of personal products to firefighting personnel throughout the State of California. It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made for each of two geographic areas, northern and southern California. The contracts may also be used by other geographic areas of the USDA Forest Service, and by other cooperating Federal and state agencies throughout the United States. This will be a call-when-needed service contract for the base year and up to two additional option years. (072)
