The preproposal conference is expected to be held May 6-9, 1995 at the US Military Training Mission compounds in Dhahran and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. Security clearances are required for attendees. Entry visa information for Saudi Arabia may be obtained by contacting the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, 601 New Hampshire Ave., N.W., Washington, DC 20037, telephone (202) 342-3800. Site access must be requested in writingin advance from: Commander, 54th Signal Battalion, ATTN: S2, APO AE 09803. The request shall specify intent to attend the preproposal conference. Attendance is limited to not more than three representatives per firm. Each firm is responsible for making travel and accommodations arrangements for its representatives. Attendees should plan to arrive in Dhahran on 5 May and depart on 10 May. Prospective attendees are requested to confirm intent to attend not later than 29 April 1995 to the address above.
