contractor shall provide technical assistance to the NRC in the
Adjusted Running Book Inventory concept (ARBI). The technical
assistance support required shall be on a task ordering basis and will
require support in optimizing the detection sensitivity of the ARBI
concept, error analysis, concept demonstration, testing of the ARBI
concept with realistic facility data, and demonstrate ARBI concept. The
period of performance is for two year. This proposed procurement is
under a 100 percent small business set aside. The size standard for
this solicitation is average annual receipts of $3.5 million over the
past three years, as set forth under Standard Industrial Classification
8999. Interested firms should submit written requests to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission at the address as shown above. Telephone
requests will not be honored. Closing date for proposals is 30 days
after issue date of solicitation. The RFP will be issued on or about
