Offerors are required to provide total sanitation/cleaning services and a total environmental program for an 8,870 square foot medical clinic. All services are to be provided in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and in accordance with current JCAHO requirements, EPA, AND OSHA regulations. Services are to begin approximately June 1, 1995 through July 31, 1996 with two option years. This procurement is a 100% Small Business/Labor Surplus Area Set-Aside. A small business is one with no more than $12 million average annual receipts over the preceding three years. Services will be performed in Macon County, Illinos, which is a labor surplus area.
