Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the lease of a truck-mounted excavator on rubber tires; with an eight (8) foot boom extension; a rock handling bucket; a smooth or straight edged six (6) foot ditch cleaning bucket and a 20'L x 15'W x 2'H steel skip pan. Contractor to furnish operation. An oiler will be required if the machine does not have remote control capability. The total boom length with the eight foot extension must equal or exceed a Warner Swasey G-1000, 42 feet. The prospective contractor will be required to perform approximately 90% of the work in New Castle, County, Delaware, and approximately 10% of the work is to be performed in Cecil County, Maryland.
