BASILE, Contracting Officer Rental and Service of Portable Toilets for use during training exercises at various sites in the Pohakuloa Training Area, on the Island of Hawaii. The toilets are to be free standing chemical flushing fiberglass or polyethylene modular splash proof urinal with holding tank, operational flushing mechanisms, smooth interior walls, sturdy exterior walls and frame screened vents, interior privacy locking device, door handles, and paper filled holders. Specific toilet quantities and rental periods fluctuate significantly due to varied military requirements. Individual periods vary from one day to one month and quantities vary from one to 200 units. Individual requirements will be contracted on an as needed basis for the period 01 Oct 1995 through 30 Sep 1996 with two (2) twelve-month option periods.
