The Fernald Environmental Restoration Management Corporation (FERMCO) is seeking interested parties to lease-construct an office type facility for use by FERMCO. FERMCO is the Environmental Restoration Management Contractor for the Department of Energy's Fernald Environmental Management Project (FEMP). The facility must contain approximately 85,700 to 89,500 net useable square feet of office space and special purpose space. The facility must be constructed on land acquired or controlled by the Lessor and located within five driving miles of the north or south entrances to the FEMP. The FEMP is located in Hamilton and Butler Counties, near Ross, Ohio. FERMCO is interested in leasing the subject space for fifteen (15) years with a firm term of five (5) years. FERMCO will have the right to terminate all or part of the leased space after the fifth year of the lease with 180 days written notice. The facility must be connected to a public water system and an existing sewer system capable of supporting the new office facility. Your request must be in writing.
