Pre-Solicitation Notice: The proposed work includes removal and recoating of the tank exterior shell and top (currently lead-based paint); removal and recoating of tank interior shell, bottom, top and center column; installation of geotextile fabric and liner on the inside shell and floor; installation of guard rails around tank tops; installation of 12-inch effluent lines and gate valves and connection to 8-inch distribution main; installation of 4-inch overfill lines and weirs; and incidental related work (there are two 420,000 gallon bolted steel portable water storage tanks).
