The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for the paving rehabilitation at the Allegheny National Fish Hatchery, Warren, PA. The work shall include all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to pave service areas, raceway area, roadway, and parking lot #1. This work will include filling of cracks with bituminous material, application of tack coat, application of geotextile fabric and overlaying with 3'' bituminous concrete pavement. Some areas throughout the project will require removal and replacement of existing pavement to meet existing elevations of structures. All manholes, catch basins, valve boxes and electric handholes and vaults will be raised to accommodate new pavement. Minor pavement striping will also be required. Construction of reinforced concrete slab and fabrication of steel pipe support will also be required. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The SIC code for this acquisition is 1611; size standard is $17.0 million. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business.
