The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials for the Demolition of Bldgs at McChord Air Force Base, Washington. The Contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items of work in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract to perform the work. Any sundry labor, materials, equipment, and/or other appurtenances not specifically detailed or specified, but required to complete the projects, shall be provided as an integral part of scope of work. The period will be either 60 or 75 calendar days based on the award of an additive item. This solicitation will be issued on or about 04 Apr 95 with a bid opening on or about 04 MAY 95. This acquisition may be set aside for exclusive Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 10 days of this notice, indicate an interest in this acquisition by providing to the contracting officer evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a Small Disadvantaged Business Concern. If adequate interest is not received, the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition procedures without further notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1795 with an average gross revenue of $7 million for last three fiscal years.
