The work includes, but is not limited to: Installation of approximately 4600 linear feet of rigid galvanized conduit, installation of 3 overhead street lights, repairs to 4 overhead street lights, installation of 40 junction boxes plus other associated panel and junction boxes, construction of small concrete pad, and demolition of several transformers (possibly PCB-contaminated). Most work is to be performed on or below the bridge structure. Specifications and half size drawings will be furnished at $7.00 a set. All checks are to be made payable to ``FAO, USAED, Norfolk''. Payment will not be refunded and specifications need not be returned. Issue date for plans and specifications is on or about 21 April 1995 with a bid opening date on or about 23 May 1995 at 11:00 a.m. Completion time for this project is 150 days.
