Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to Renovate Dormitory 213. Project includes but not limited to the following: Asbestos abatement, kitchen repairs, laundry room, vending machine area, retrofit sleeping rooms, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and all other works as specified in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for JFSD 930065 A/B. Work shall be accomplished on Grand Forks AFB, ND. The performance period shall be 195 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is for 100% set-asides for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Project requirements will be made available on or about 22 Mar 95. All requests must be in writing and must include the business size (small or large) and whether they are women owned or disadvantaged. (073)
