Contractor is required to provide all material, equipment, supplies, supervision, etc for removal and replacement of one 5000 gallon underground heating oil storage tank. Work shall consist of the removal and disposal of the underground storage tank in accordance with Permanent Closure and Changes-In-Service Regulations cited in EPA Underground Storage Tank Regulations (40 CFR 280). The tank shall be replaced with a new 5000 gallon, UL listed, double walled tank with overspill and leak detection systems. The tank is for laboratory service at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Prosser, Washington. IFB No. 17-91H2-95 will be available on or about May 10, 1995.
