16 -- REHABILITATION OF THE SH-60B LAMPS MK III OPERATIONAL TRAINER SOL N00019-94-G-0049 POC Contact, RONALD OSTROM, Phone (703)604-1920 Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Loral Federal Systems Company of Owego, New York for the rehabilitation of the existing SH60B Operational Trainer to simulate SH-60B helicopter improvements and provide for the trainer to interact with the SH-60R trainers. As the sole designer and manufacturer of the LAMPS MK III operator trainer, Loral possesses the experience and necessary data to meet the requirements.
