aviation fuel (JA, JP-4, JP-5, or JP-8) storage capacity, salient
features include: drylock inside skid mounted containment vessel,
internal and external shear valves, auto shut-down product line valve
assembly, water in fuel detection, locking low point drain for water
relief or vacuum truck, hook-up, locking low point drain for water
relief or vacuum truck hook-up, locking weight induced water separation
drain valve (non-freezing); US Dept of Transportation approved manway
with rollover protection, maximum 12 foot overall system width, skid
mounted for road transportation; contain lifting eyes on system for
crane relocation and helicopter transport-maintaining property value;
meet or exceed Clean Air Act vapor emission acceptable levels and EPA
requirements for Above Ground Storage Tanks to include 110% stored fuel
spill prevention containment; pressure/vacuum activated emergency
relief vent, meet or exceed UL listed control panel, electrical, power,
and tank design requirements, fully automatic, deadman auto shut down,
moisture and explosion proof fittings and hardware, fuel gauge with
overfill alarm and light alert feature; automatic and manual stored
fuel recirculation through filter separator, standard hose with high
hose retractor for up to 150' hose with automatic hose reel, aviation
direct fuel dispensing up to 200 gpm/35 psi for Closed-Circuit
Refueling and NATO nozzle standards (Class-1, Div-1); electrical (NFPA
approved) lights, horn and overfill alarm, separate skid mounted
relocatable generator power supply to operate with 120 volt, 60
Hertz/240 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hertz at 50 amps or 480 volts, 3 phase, 60
Hertz at 30 amps/power requirements; securable access points and
lockable control panel access; 4 each units, able to be ground
transported within 80 days from contract awad to Comayagua, Honduras;
Contractor to provide initial service set-up, one-year warranty/repair,
