FISCNORDETWASH intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Lucas Aftermarket Operations, of Troy, Michigan. This procurement is for a 30 HP main drive diesel fuel pump test stand which checks Colt-Pielstick PC 2.5 engine fuel pumps. The test stand must be complete with all accessories and ancillary devices necessary to accurately test the Colt-Pielstick 2.5 fuel pump. Accessories are to include: Colt-Pielstick - Cambox, Tappet Roller Assembly, Adaptor Plate, Cam, Capacity Chamber, Inlet Adaptor, Test Injector, High Pressure Pipe Injector Seal, Injector Adaptor; ALCO 251 (APF1CQ) Pump Accessories used with Cambox for PC 2.5 - Tappet Assembly, Cam, Adaptor Plat, High Pressure Pipe, Inlet Adaptor, Injector Seal, Injector Clamp Assembly, Injector Adaptor.
