Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) intends to purchase a turnkey power Montiroing and Control System for the electrical system upgrade project of the Reactor Division electrical distribution system at Brookhave. The system shall require all materials and labor required for proper installation and operation. Items included will be the retrofit of low voltage witchgear and medium voltage switchgear as well as required programming of the compter system.
