70 -- REPROGRAMMING OF DAVOX TELECOMPUTER SOL IRS-95-SE-22 DUE 040395 POC Contact Wyolene Horton, 404/488-9520/Contracting Officer or Carla Strong, 404/488-9557 IRS intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Davox Corporation, 8770 Data Drive, Suite A, Norcross, GA 30092, for the reprogramming of a Davox Telecomputer as follows: CCP dialstring changes to dial 8+AC+7 digits for all numbers to include local, local long distance and long distance dialing; CCP changes to incorporate the new message files into the system; and voice file recording to incorporate a new and updated message for 40 messages. It is the Government's belief that these requirements can only be met by Davox Corporation as this is proprietary software to Davox. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after award. Solicitation IRS-95-SE-22 will be issued on or about 3 April 1995. The solicitation will close 30 days after issuance. All requests for solicitations shall be in writing to: Contracting Officer, Centralized Procurement Branch, P. O. Box 47-570, Stop 80, Doraville, GA 30362. Requests should include a point of contact, mailing address, telephone number and telefax number if available and reference IRS-95-SE-22. No telephone requests will be accepted. All requests must include a statement that the vendor is eligible to receive a contract and is not on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible Contractors.
