In the comparison of evaluated bids, the employer will grant a margin of preference to plant and equipment manufactured in the employer's country in accordance with the procedures outlined in the bidding documents a single stage bidding procedure will be adopted and the provisions of Section iia instructions to bidders for a single stage bidding will apply to this invitation bids will be opened publicly at the time and date and at the address named in the bid sheet preceding the instructions to bidders for their bids to be considered, bidders must demonstrate the following Basic minimum qualification criteria (a) an annual turnover of at least US$750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand United States dollars) or equivalent in a freely convertible currency. (C) experience as a prime contractor on at least 2 (two) projects of equivalent size and complexity to this contract over the last 10 (ten) years. (These must be at least 70% (seventy percent) complete at bid date). (D) a contract manager with at least 5 (five) years experience in similar works. (E) access to the necessary contractor's equipment.
