Requirement shall include extensive and often complex toponymic research from primary sources and secondary materials including maps, texts and charts. Offerors must demonstrate expertise in toponymic research and cartographic application of geographic names. It is of paramount importance that offerors have demonstrated access to primary and local sources for compilation of data. Cost sharing is encouraged.
