Notice of intent to award a modification to Contract MDA903-91-C-0151, to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), 10260 Campus Point Drive, San Diego, CA 92121 for Operation and Maintenance of the Center for Seismic Studies in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source, on behalf of the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) located in Arlington, VA. The modification effort shall include but not be limited to: augmenting the CSS support of the third Group of Scientific Experts Technical Test (GSETT-3) including the upgrading and operation of the International Data Center and a four month extension of the period of performance.
