D -- ADP SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OR ELECTRONIC REPORTING SYSTEMS SOL 52-SOBC-5-00005 POC Carol Kukich,301-457-1864 The Bureau of the Census (BOC) intends to issue a competitive RFP for the acquisition of ADP services for the development and implementation of electronic reporting systems, particularly Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Computerized Self- Administered Questionnaire (CSAQ) for various Census questionnaires. An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity task ordering contract is contemplated for a base period of one year with 4 one year options to renew the contract. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, facilities, materials, hardware and software to perform the task orders issued under the contract. The tasks shall include, but not be limited to development of application software or the provision of integrated software to: (1) transmit data, (2) conduct and manage survey data collection activities, (3) provide technical support of software, (4) provide consulting services to create and establish turnkey EDI operations. The planned issuance date is at least 15 days from the date of publication of this notice and closing no sooner than 30 days thereafter.
