Sweetra, (215)897-5654 The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit as a Small Business Set-Aside, Family Services for the staffing of the Navy Family Service Center located at the Naval Air Station in Willow Grove, Pa. The contractor will be required to provide a staff of five (5) individuals for the supervision, management, administrative support, and personnel, to provide a full range of human, social and educational services to further enrich the lives of members of the U.S. Armed Services and their families. The staff shall include one (1) Full-Time Project Manager, one (1) Full-Time Clinical Social Worker, one (1) Full-Time Program Coordinator, one (1) Full-Time Information & Referral Specialist, one (1) full-time Secretary. The contractor shall be experienced in providing PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING EXPERTISE. The anticipated start date for this requirement will be 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996. The requirement will have two (2) one (1) year option periods. It is anticipated that a firm, fixed price contract will be the result of this acquisition effort.
