Responsibilities will include providing the delivery, pickup, loading, storage, preventive maintenance, storage, set up (installation when necessary), adjustments, repair, recovery, cleaning and infection control of durable medical equipment. Services will be provided to veteran patients in the following counties within the State of Pennsylvania: Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Union and York. The base period of this contract will be October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. The Government will have the option to renew the contract for 2 twelve month periods.
