The Naval Aviation Depot Operations Center, Patuxent River, MD 20670-5449 has a requirement to disassemble, ship and relocate the Compact Antenna Range (CAATS) currently located at Naval Aviation Depot, Alameda to the Naval Aviation Depot, North Island. The government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis with Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. (SAI), the original manufacturer and installation contractor.
