Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials and facilities for the pickup, receipt, weighing, placement into temporary/permanent storage, handling out, export packing for shipments out of storage, delivery to pier, and delivery, unpacking and all related services, including servicing of appliances, to residences for the household and personal effects arriving in and departing from the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. A fixed price, with EPA, indefinite quantity contract is intended as a result of this solicitation. 30% of anticipated volume is set aside for small business. Multiple awards are anticipated. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision shall be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors including past performance as described in the solicitation.
