Concerns having the ability to furnish the following services are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the acquiring office listed in this notice within 30 calendar days from the date of this synopsis: ``The Government intends to solicit proposals from all responsible sources for the design and construction and subsequent lease of a 5,500 square foot facility to be constructed on a pre-selected site in Folkston, GA. The site has been obtained by the Government under a 20-year ground lease. Lease term for the proposed facility will be twenty years, ten firm. The issuance of the solicitation for offers for this requirement is tentatively scheduled for April 10, 1995.'' Concerns that respond should furnish data regarding their capabilities and may request a copy of the solicitation when it becomes available. (075)
