The work involved in this project is to remove old steam condensate return lines, remove existing fin tube radiators, remove radiator controls, cut and remove supply line, remove old condensate equipment and lines. After removal, install all new convectors, thermostataic control valves, vent valves, traps, insulation, return lines and condensate pump. Also, add new ball valves in the supply lines. All work is to be accomplished in accordance with specifications and drawings included in the contract file. The estimated cost of this project is $25,000 to $50,000. This project is not set-aside for small business. All responsible courses may submit a bid which will be considered. (075)
