The work involves the rehabilitation of several buildings for life/safety code upgrades, ventilation and drainage improvements, and construction of a new flammable storage facility at the Atterbury Job Corps Center in Edinburgh, Indiana. The work includes replacement of ceilings and doors at egress stairwells and exterior stairs at Building 1075. The work shall also include site drainage improvement and repairs on Building 1086, and installation of a new gas-fired make-up air units at Buildings 1088 and 1091. Construction time is scheduled for 112 calendar days to substantial completion. The estimated cost range for construction is between $100,000 to $250,000.
