If a large business firm is selected for this announcement it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirements for a subcontracting plan on the work it intends to subcontract. The Fort Worth District goal of the total dollars to be subcontracted is for 60.3% to go to Small Business; of the 60.3% goal, 9.8% should go to Small Disadvantaged Business and 2.9% should go to Women Owned Small Business.
