Construction shall be CMU walls with brick face, and corrugated metal roof with single ply membrane. Relocate two existing boilers from another on-base steam plant to the new addition. The two boilers are 200 horsepower each and are located approximately 1/2 mile from the main plant. The work shall include complete tie-in of the two relocated boilers into the basewide steam distribution system. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantage business (SDB) concerns. The estimated cost range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.
