Removal of existing gutters and ventilators, installation of trusses/rafters to attain a positive drainage, installation of vinyl siding and decking repair and replacment (approximately 800 sq. ft.) is required on the Garage Shop/Repair Building. Deck repair is required on Warehouse Building No. 8. The approximate square footage of both buildings is 28,098 sq. ft. This is a 100 percent total small business set aside.
