Ali,215/ 656-6104 The General Services Administration, Region 3, Keystone Realty Services District is seeking interested sources for the following project: To provide all material, labor, supervision and equipment necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities in the following Pennsylvania counties: Allegheny, Beaver, Armstrong, Butler, Fayette, Indiana, Washington, & Westmoreland. This will be an indefinite quantity construction term contract with the ability to perform design services for projects with an estimated construction cost of approximately not to exceed $350,000. Estimated cost of construction per year will be between $1 - $5 million. The contract will consist of one base year with four one year options. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with source selection procedures outlined in the solicitation package. This solicitation is being solicited through Full & Open Competition under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. SIC Code 1542.
