General services administration wishes to announce that on or about April 5, 1995, the Solicitation FCGE-95-0009-N for COST-per-copy (CPC) copier requirements for the Defense Printing Service detachment office (dpsdo) and any other DOD/Federal Government activities for whom dpsdo is acting as an agent in and arount the Pensacola and panamacity areas will be issued. This procurement will require furnishing of copiers and all accessories, furnishing and delivery of consumable supplies (except paper), emergency repair service, periodic preventive maintenance and key orperators training. Copier requirements have been broken down into four volume bands defined as follows: Volume band I, 15 copies per minute minimum, and 1-5,000 copies per month; volume band II, 20 copies per minute minimum, and 5,001-15,000 copies per month; volume band III,30 copies per minute minimum, and 15,001-30,000 copies per month; volume bandiv, 45 copies per minute minimum, and 30,001-50,000 copies per month. The Defense Printing Service detachment office has Given an initial machine estimate of 403 units. Offered copiers are to be the manufacturer'S current productionmodels, either new or newly remanufactured. This procurement will benegotiated. One award will be made. The resultant contract will be a firm, fixed price, requirements type contract. The contract period for this procurement will be for one year beginning 01 October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996, with the option to extend for up to 3 additional years.
