The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division plans to procure on a competitive basis 6 ea of an Infrared Detector and Preamplifer,the detector shall be indium antimonide (InSb) operating at 77K in photovoltaic mode.A design goal will be to make the detector have the reponsivity be uniform throughtout the active area within +/- 5% when scanned with a spot 0.10mm diameter. The detector shall be sensetive in the 1.5- to 5.5-micrometer spectral band. The dynamic resistance of the detector shall be greater than 250 Kohm at zero volts bias.
